POLÍTICAS
Cancelaciones o modificaciones: Sólo se aceptan sin penalización hasta dos días hábiles NUESTROS antes de la cita (Martes - Sábado de 10AM - 8PM).
TOLERANCIA
10 minutos de tolerancia para tu cita. Pasado este tiempo, se puede perder la cita sin reembolso.
CAMBIOS A TU CITA POR ALTA DEMANDA
Por alta demanda en nuestra agenda es probable que debamos modificar el horario de tu cita hasta por 30 minutos. De ser así lo haremos con tu consentimiento un día antes.
PRIVACIDAD
Por respeto a la experiencia de todos, por favor ven sin acompañantes o niños (a menos que la cita sea para un menor de edad).
MÉTODOS DE PAGO
Tarjetas de débito/crédito, Apple Pay, Google Pay y efectivo. No aceptamos transferencias bancarias ni PayPal. Propina sólo en efectivo.

GRACE PERIOD
Grace period: 10 minutes of tolerance for your appointment. After this time, the appointment may be lost without a refund.
CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT DUE TO HIGH DEMAND
Due to high demand in our schedule, we may need to adjust your appointment time by up to 30 minutes. If so, we will do it with your consent one day prior.
PRIVACY
Out of respect for everyone’s experience, please come without companions or children (unless the appointment is for a minor).
PAYMENT METHODS
Debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. We do not accept bank transfers or PayPal. Tips only in cash.
